IN TODAY’ SPORTS THE IMPORTANCE OF FOOTWORK IS UNDENIABLE. GOOD FOOTWORK ALLOWS THE ATHLETE TO MOVE WITH INCREASED SPEED, PROPER TIMING AND REDUCED REACTION DELAY. 
YIN & YANG FOOTWORK WORKSHOP IS THE BEST WAY TO OPTIMIZE THE BODY – GROUND INTERACTION. IT BENEFITS THE ATHLETES OF DIFFERENT SPORTS SUCH AS TENNIS, FOOTBALL, SOCCER, BASKETBALL, VOLLEYBALL OR FIGHTING SPORTS.
