Internal Conditioning applies the pattern of most efficient use of the body (and the ground) to different sports and routines. It uses active grounding as a platform for maximum energy increase and focuses on optimizing the physical reaction in general. Internal Conditioning improves athlete’ structural strength, footwork and reduces reaction time delay. The approach may vary depending on different sports/routines in focus.
Internal Conditioning uses synergistic action between internal and external movement components, which improves athlete’s power, versatility and timing. Apart from physical aspect Internal Conditioning addresses mental area of reaction, allowing better use of body/mind system. For example, proper use of breathing used for simultaneous activation of the body gives the athlete psychological advantage, by allowing them to operate on anticipation mode (active/dynamic), rather than waiting mode (passive/inactive).
